Introduction of wood briquette charcoal making machine :

1) Briquetting is a process that biomass is pressed under high pressure and temperature.

2) In screw type and it produces hollow hexagonal or quadrangular cylinder with a 15 to

20mm hole through the body.

3) The machine uses a large screw to compress and extrude the biomass into briquettes.

4) The bonding biomass to form a briquette involves the thermo flow of the biomass.

5) The natural lignin content in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature.

6) Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, binds the particles of wood together,

thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into high density briquettes.

7) During this process, no binder needs to be used. So the ouput briquette is a type of

clean and green fuel that is ideal for use in furnaces, boilers and open fires.
