Wood barking machine

The rotor with barking teeth produce unique forces,which make cutlog and silo rub, impact, extrusion, pinch so that the bark fastly separate to achieve the effect of high rotor barking machine.

Working Principle of wood barking/peeling/debaker machine:

a.Put the log and tree branches into the rotary drum,close the feeding baffle,then start the machine,with clockwise operation,the cutter will strip wood skin.

b.Fifteen minutes later,stop the machine,open discharging baffle, then start the machine and counterclockwise run two minutes,the peeled wood can be automatically sent out by roller

c.The peeling rate could reach 95%.

The characters of the wood barking machine:

1 adopted from a bunker, can open, and the other end incoming line operation discharge to

overcome the existing roller- type sheller outage feeding, discharging, the disadvantages

of segmented work and high efficiency.

2 due to the impact of the gear tooth logs, which not only within the cabinet logs, circular motion and

turn around their high efficiency, therefore skinning cypress, eucalyptus wood to the species have

better peeled off net rate.

3 For wood, the adaptability of different tree species, diameter, length and shape for skinning logs,

because rotary motion and irregular logs do beat, so the concave department also bend logs with

stripping teeth very good contacts. Therefore, the bending of log than other roller-type strip net rate

was much higher

4 Because of huge cabinet is fixed, so little energy consumption, low failure rate, maintenance

workload small, vibration and noise of confidential low than roller skinning, machine can produce, not even ground base mounting and easy to use.
