Description of Configuration:

1. Loading device:The compression plates in the hopper will act in turn to feed waste by means of hydraulic controlling. After the waste fed to the hopper, it will be crushed and compressed by the above-mentioned compression plates, and then receives the further compression between knockout plates, simultaneously being pushed into the container. Moreover, knockout plates can also move back automatically at any location and load waste at the same time.

2. Unloading device:The waste in the container can be unloaded to the back of the vehicle by knockout plates after the hopper opened through opening cylinder. Under the circumstance of hoisting the hopper, the waste in the hopper will be unloaded automatically through the switches mounted in the cab.

3. The hopper:The hopper is made of different steel plates, characterizing fastened and durable. The location in which the material is liable to corrosion is usually made of corrosion resistant and high intensity steel, while the wearing parts and bearing parts are made of wear resistant and high intensity steel.

4. The container:The container is made of different steel plates, characterizing fastened and durable. In order to improve its corrosion resistance, each critical part is always made of high performance corrosion resistant and high intensity steel.

5. Hopper locking device and waste water leakproof device:The container can be locked with the hopper automatically through the right and left hooks that are linked with the locking cylinder mounted in the rear of the container. Furthermore, there is a seal between the container and the hopper to prevent the waste water from leakage, and in case of any leakage, the waste water will flow into the drainage tank through the guide channel.

1. The three compression processes, including dropping, compression and rising, will be implemented through forceful compression plates, and even the big-sized garbage can also be crushed and pushed into the container.

2. The knockout plates will be automatically pushed back by compressed garbage and accordingly reinforce the high pressure shrinkage force of the compression plates, resulting to the increasing of compression efficiency and loading capacity.

3. Self locking hydraulic system: The opening cylinder is equipped with a magnetic non-return valve, therefore the hopper will not drop in case that the oil pipes are damaged.

4. This garbage truck is equipped with the emergency cut-off system, hopper rising&falling warning device, hopper anti-falling interlocking switches and hopper waste discharging attachments to ensure the safety when operating or being cleaned.
