CHARACTERS:

1 Special designed for the production of straightened and cut-off rods, high speed and high output: maximum speed can be up to130 m/min.

2 High precision: cut-to-length tolerance≤±1mm.

3 High linearity: straightened linearity≤2mm/m.

4 Automatic length measuring driven byservo motoris available if required. Different length can be processed continuously without stop the machine, furthermore no need to stop the processing while adjusting the length.

5 Temporary collecting unit will open and store some quantity bars while the operator distributes the straightened bars from the collection pocket, the machine can keep operating.

6 Aligning device can align the straightened bars together, easy to collection and distribution.

7 Low malfunction rate.
