YD series Mobile Crushing plant description:

It mainly consists of hopper, vibrating feeder, primary crushing equipment (jaw crusher or strong impact crusher), arc conveyer belt, multilayer screen, medium crushing equipment (strong impact crusher or cone crusher etc.), fine crushing equipment (PL vertical impact crusher etc.), movable belt conveyor, sand washer & washing apparatus and electric control equipment. They are placed on one or a couple of trailers, forming a complete movable crushing and screening line; are also be segmented fabrication, in the middle are linked by conveyor forming half movable model. The station is mainly used in highway, railway, metallurgy, ore mining, building materials and other enterprises which need to be relocated and mobile. The production capacity is 50-1000t/h.
