Ecological composite wheat straw board is the only artificial board not releasing formaldehyde at present! It is a kind of new-type ecological and environmental protection artificial board. The main raw material is wheat, straw and other crops straw, which come from nature.

The adhesive is professional ecological gum not containing formaldehyde, and the boards are researched and produced with proprietary technology. They possess the advant ages of woody shaving boards and medium density fiberboards. It can be widely used as interior decoration, furniture producing, floor, cabinet, acoustic board, word pad, drawing board and packaging materials, they are ideal substitute products of woody artificial boards.

The board is made of filling materials, such as sawdust and all kinds of crushed plant straw (you can select any one kind) and several chemical raw materials which are token as modified material after special technology. The board has such features: quick hard, high strength, large format, fireproofing dampproof and good waterproof performance. It can be nailed, planed and sticked. The machine can be adjusted arbitrarily and then produce the board with the thickness of 3~30mm, the biggest width of 1300mm and unlimited length. So you can adjust the thickness of board at will.

It is matched with dual vibration device to eliminate interior bubbles, and the boards are tighter and smoother. There is rolling bearing on conveying platform, the conveying is stable, and the driving friction is small, the conveying panel belt made to measure is non-slip, not deflected and durable in use.

The cloth guiding mechanism adopts bearings to support gravity, the spring is used to adjust tension, and it is matched with tapered excentric sleeves.

The roll is treated to molded surface, it is smooth, wear resistant and rusting resistant. Arbitrarily adjust the roller up and down, boards of various thickness can be produced to satisfy the market needs, the thickness is 3—40mm, the width is 1.3m, and the length is not limited. Infinite variable frequency speed governing motor adopts advanced plc programmable control, the speed can be adjusted, the operation is simple and the maintenance is convenient. The throughput is up to 7.25m/minute.

The equipment is multipurpose, it can produce partition boards, hanger plates and artificial Manchurian-tree wood boards, oak boards, fireproof anaglyph door panels, wainscoting boards, ventilation pipes, building templates, composite encaustic tiles and etc.
