TUBULAR WHEAT GRINDING MACHINE PROGIDY 2

PRODIGY2 Tubular Grinder grinds the wheat, barley and similar grained cereals at the same rate without losing their characteristics under the factory conditions. Sample in the grinding reservoir is separated from the shell by means of tubes with thick teeth in the first crushing. The wheat grain without any shell is cut into small pieces with tubes of close surface at the second crushing. The wheat is ground thin in the third grinding.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. MAKE SURE THERE IS NO FOREIGN PARTICLES SUC AS STONE METAL ETC. IN THE SAMPLE TO BE GRINDED

2. PLACE THE SAMPLE IN TO THE RESERVOIR.

3. ADJUST THE GAP ACCORDING TO THE TYPE OF GRAIN AND PUSH THE START BUTTON PROGIDY 2 WILL START THE GRINDING PROCESS IN THREE PHASE. FIRST THE GRAINS SHELL IS BROKEN SECOND THE GARIN IS BROKEN IN TO SMALL PARTS THEN THIRDLY PROGIDY 2 WILL GRIND AND TURN THE GRAINS INTO THE FLOUR WITHOUT DAMAGING GENETIC STRUCTURE OF THE GRAIN SO TO ALLOW ALL OTHER TESTS TO BE AS ACCURARTE AS POSSIBLE

4. THE SILK IS REPLCEABLE IF DAMAGED TWO SPARE SILK SIEVE SUPPLIED WITH THE MACHINE ONE 6 NUMBER 212 MIKRON SIEVE( FOR USE WITH WHEAT 12–13% MOISTURE )

5. IF THE GRINDING VALVES GOT STUCK IT CAN BE FREED BY USING THE NUMBER TWO SETTING WHICH WILL REVERSE THE VALVES.

6. THE INSIDE OF THE GLASS CHAMBER MUST BE CLEANED THROUGHLY AFTER EVERY GRINDING PROCESS TO ELIMINATE ANY CONTAMINATION AND BEST TESTING RESULTS
