Three steps are important when processing the flour. Now introduce them as follows:

Second: strict clean grain and wetting of wheat. first,throw the impurity away, then peeling 2-3 times. Make the wheat clean. second, wheat wetting. The principle is the dry wheat needs more water and the

wet wheat needs little. Wheat wetting also has its regularity. Generally ,Summer: add 2—3kg of water, the Run 8-12 hours; Spring and Autumn: add 3—4kg of water the Run 12-24 hours; Winter:4—

5kg of water the Run 24-48 hours. At keep the room temperature more than 15 °C tempering.

Third:1,boot after feeding, no empty mode boot. 2,The selection of appropriate thickness bottom, ensure the

How to enhance the quality of flour:
