1. The product are mixed well and fully with your liquid additives(adhesives) in the cylinder, mixed into some soft and sticky products. then by the help of the high speed rotating paddles, the finished soft and sticky products are cutted into some wet granules.

2. Reasonable Constructed with a Horizontal cylinder structure. Air-sealed driving axis.

3. Easy operation and maintainance. Changing the products into water for cleaning the machine.

4. Fluidized Granulating process. The final granules are simiar ball shape. with a good liquidity. can save 25% adhesives compared to the traditional technology.

5. The operation time is less than the traditional technology. Each batch drying mixing about 2 mins, and granulating about 1~4 mins. improving about 4~5 times of the traditional technology.

6. The Dry mixing -- wet mixing -- granulating processes are finished in the same sealed cylinder. processes line is short. and meet the GMP standards. The whole operation has strict safty guarantee measures.
