Structure Characteristics and Working Principle

According to the different quantity of drive motor, the turning rolls can be divided into single motor & dual-motor turning rolls. Each set turning rolls is composed by machinery and electrical two parts, in which the mechanical part consists of initiative and driven two parts. The working mode is the motor and speed reducer of initiative roller runningsynchronously, achieving stepless speed changing by frequency conversion speed regulating controller, mechanical transmission low noise; workpiece rotation stably, and the linear speed of workpiece rotation stepless regulation.The center distance of KT adjustable turning rolls can be adjusted by bolt as per customs’ requirement.
