Welded Pipe Production Lineis the main equipment of the high frequency welded pipe production line. It satisfies different production of pipe sizes and shapes demands according to the diameter and the wall thickness of the pipe.
This equipment can produce circular, square, rectangular and special pipes using low carbon and alloy steel materials.

Specific process flow:

Uncoil → Unbending → Flattening → Shearing and Butt Welding → Accumulator →Forming→ High Frequency Welding → Cleaning the burrs of inner and outer→ Cooling → Sizing → Rough Straightening → Flying Saw Cutting →Inspection and collecting→ Packaging → Weighing→ Marking → Storage.

Our product, the FFX forming unit, cage forming unit can produce X80 and J55 API petroleum casing pipes and petroleum and gas pipes, which conform to the standard of API-5L, API-5CT.

This unit can also produce special pipes for air cooling condenser used by electric power plants or steel mills.
