In agochemical industry, we always need to produce WDG. There are three kinds of WDG granules: Round shape, strip shape and pellet shape. If we want to getround shapegranules, one turbojet fluid bed granulator is OK. If we want to getstrip shapegranules, the production line will be made up of mixing-granulating-drying-sieving four steps. And if we want to getpellets shapegranules, the production will be made up of mixing-granulating-pelleting-drying-sieving five steps.

QZL pelletizer, for pelleting

GFG High efficient fluid bed dryer
