1.press brake: Adopt Germany Bosch Rexroth valve, improve quality of machines.

2.Adopt a steel plate welded structure, tempering and vibration aging treatment, to eliminate the deformation caused by the welding stress and work stress, to ensure the accuracy of the machine to maintain.

3.press brake:Standard die use Material is 42CrMo ,Hardness:48+-/2HRC.

The older generation back gauge equipped with two ball screw one the sides ,movement together, easy to make clearance.But the second generation back gauge equipped with one ball screw in the center,not make clearance. also stability is good. so accuracy is higher than the older generation back gauge.It is our factory patent.
