plate bending Functions and characteristics

1.All steel welded structure, vibrating treatment of ageing for removal of internal stress, with good rigidity and stability. Hydraulic top-drive, steadiness and reliability .

2.Mechanical stop, steel torsion bar to maintain synchronization , with high precision Motorized-adjusting device for back gauge and ram's stroke, fine adjusting by handwheel, DRO for back gauge and ram stroke(or for other choice CNC system, CNC system and the location of encoder closed-loop control system, high speed, high accuracy, good stability, can ensure precisely that back gauge after the precision of size displacement and ram stoke, and the numerical control system has the function of automatic detection precision compensation and the additional functions).

3.Deflection compensation unit installed on the top die. Manual crowned bottom die holder is adopted for the machine above 250tons and 4000mm.
