Main features
The 4-roll plate bending machine is used to roll or rectify the steel plate, it can
roll the metal plate into the cylindrical or the cone-shaped workpiece, and the
prebending and the bending can be finished on one cycle, and the residual
straight edge is very small(1.5-2 times the plate thickness). With the help of the
auxiliary equipment, the machine can roll the plate into cone-shaped workpiece,
also it can carry out the rough shaping for the uneven plate.
Structure:
The position of the top roller is fixed, the bottom roller and the side rollers can
move up-downward. The top roller is the drive roller, the bottom roller and the side
rollers are the driven rollers. The top roller is mechanical transmission, the rotation of
the bottom roller and the side rollers are depending on the friction force between the
steel plate and the rollers. The up-down movement of the bottom roller and the side
rollers is driven by the parallel installed oil cylinders at the both ends of the rollers.
The overturn and reposition of the upender (at the unloading end of the top roller) is
controlled through oil cylinder. The bearings and oil cylinders for the rollers fixed inside the standers. The carrier rollers are installed under the middle of the
bottom roller to increase the rigidity of the bottom roller. The left and the right
standers are the main parts of the plate bending machine, adopt the welding steel
structure and fixed on the entirely welded pedestal, and all the operations are
controlled on the operation station.
Compare with the symmetric 3-roll plate bending machine, the 4-roll plate
bending machine can finish the plate end prebending without the help of the other
mould, and the residual straight edge is very small. Compare with the common
unsymmetrical 3-roller plate bending machine, the 4-roll plate bending can finish the
workpiece rolling without the plate end-reversing, so that increase the working
efficiency ,guarantee the workpiece quality and easy for operation.
