High Pressure Grouting Machine

Waterproof high pressure grouting machine is used for crack plugging.It uses the high pressure to injection the polyuretane foam or epoxy resin into the concrete crack. The chamical material will react with the water in concrete construction and solidify to fill up the cracks and stop leaking.

Clean and Maintain:
Clean the machine with Nitrocellulose lacquer thinner ,acetone or xylene immediately after using. Fill Nitrocellulose lacquer thinner ,acetone or xylene into material cup and turn on the switch valve, when the washing agent begin to flow out, put perfusion head into the material cup for cyclical washing. For better cleaning effect, trun on and turn off switch valve consecutively for several times so that the hose can produce pressure easily. Keep washing for 5~10minutes if using acetone, and 10~15minutes if using xylene. The washing agent should flow into garbage can when finish.
Fill lubrication oil into material cup and let it cycles one time for maintenance.
