Water filling machine:

CGF series washing filling and rotary capping combined machine, which is automatic and high efficiency liquid packing equipment.

It is used in packing beverage, such as pure water, mineral water, drink water.It performance is as following: all parts for instance, filling valve, which is directly contact medirum are made of stainless steel or harmful material.It's reach to the requirements of food sanitation.

Sealing parts are made of heat-proofing rubber, in order to meet the technique requirements of users to sterilization at high temperature.

Using PLC controller to control from bottles entering to finishing packing, using inverter to control the speed, the user can use the machine easily.

It uses pressure filling principle in order to assure beverage quality. Using advanced magnetic coupler to regulate cap- screwing torque, in order to assure capping qualtiy.
