Working flow instruction

n Conveying the bottles: When the bottles go in to the convey groove and arrive to the setted position, bottles will be stopped conveying.

n push the bottles: When the bottles go to the pushing table, the pushing cylinder will push the bottles over the sealing level.

n bottles covered by PE film and sealed: The pressing device press the bottles, which are over the sealing level, then bottles be covered by the covering cylinder, and sealed by the sealing cylinder.

n shrinking: the covered and sealed bottles goes into the shrink tunnel for shrinking.

n cooling: the shrinker bottles group goes into the conveyor after the shrinking tunnel for cooling.

Features

n the film cover and seal adopts hot cutting st-ruction, it is stable in sealing.

n The cutting host is pushed by cylinder, running is stable.

n It has protection function, if there is barrier in cutting cross, the machine will alarm.

n The heating elements is made from advance stainless steel, it makes even heating

n It equips with PID thermometer

n With PLC and touch screen
