During the working process of the bag filters, if the fume gas contains a lot of water or oil as well as deliquescence dust, there will be water film in the filter bag , increasing the adhesion of the fume dust , thereby it’s hard for cleaning. In particular, for the high temperature and high humidity gas, due to the external gass cooling effect, causing the dewing phenomenon, therefore the trapped dust will block on the surface of the filter bag, increasing the running resistance of the dust filter which directly influence the operation of the equipment. Oil and water repellent needle felt adopt the special surface treatment craft, highly enhanced the anti-bonding and easily peeling features of the filter media, and effectively prevent the water and oil from adhesive and penetrating.
