We mainly manufacture tires pyrolysis machine which extracting oil, carbon black from waste tires, rubber and plastic. We mainly have four models.

(1) GM-5100, the reactor 2200mm diameter*5100 length, can process 4 tons per batch, three batches in two days, in average it process 6 tons per day;

GM-6000, the reactor 2200mm diameter*6000 length, can process 5 tons per batch, three batches in two days, in average it process 7-8 tons per day.

----The above two small models need two 40HC for shipping .

The whole set machine itself needs about 250 square meters land, costs about 60kg coal per ton tires, 10kw electricity per hour.

(2) GM-2600-6000, 2600mm diameter*6000mm length, can process 8 tons per batch, one batch per day;

GM-2800-6000, 2800mm diameter*6000mm length, can process 10 tons per batch, one batch per day.

----These two large models need one 40FF and one 40HC container to ship.

(3) Our delivery time is 15days to 25days. If the order comes earlier, we can finish the machine in 15days.
