We are manufacture for rubber powder production line.and can make the whole line.

the line consist of Rubber crusher and accssory equipment.we have three type of rubber

crusher ,XKP-400,XKP-450 and XKP-560. Accssory equipment include As follows:

QQJ-20 ring cutter, QTJ-380 Strip cutter, QKJ-45 block cutter, YQJ-

285 press loop machine, oscillating screen, small oscillatiing screen, magnetic roller,

small magnetic plant, conveyerr belt, small conveyer belt.

from this line,you can make the waste tire into rubber powder with 30-40mesh,If you want to

get 60-120mesh,you can add rubber grinder machine,which we also can produce.

the output for these three type as follows:(output with 30mesh)

XKP-400 with output 200-300kgs/hour

XKP-450 with output 300-400kgs/hour

XKP-560 with output 500-600kgs/hour
