The discription of the control asbelow:

Control all the electromotor, electrically operated valve, and temperature, pressure, flow, airspeed,

flammable gas concentration in the production system. Monitor and control the main furnace

temperature and pressure, and the operation condition of infrared monitor.

Adjust the transfer speed inside the furnace according to the requirement, automatic adjust according to the cooling water temperature, adjust and control the present production according to the airspeed, temperature and pressure, monitor and dispose the flammable gas concentration in production field.

Checking water, electricity and oil:

Water: Checking if the pressure and flow rate of water supply (pumps or other ways of water supply) can meet the normal use, and checking if all the cooling pools, dusting rooms, desulphurization device, water seal and so on can be work normally with adding the requested water; check if the freguency of the electric is consistent with electrical machine marked freguency.

Electricity: Checking the voltage and electrical appliances whether they are normal.

Oil: Checking the need for refueling equipments, such as reducer, induced draft fan and others need refuel or not. If external mesh is used according to the requirements of heat-resistant lubricating oil.
