1.Our Pyrolysis reactor is able to convert polyolefins (LDPE, PP, HDPE...) into liquid fuels.

2.Common waste plastic oil yield rate is between 18%-45%, and common rubber tires oil yield rate is between 35%-52%.Polyethylene plastic net oil yield rate can be as high as 70% or even 85%,high-density cable oil rate can be as high as 70%. Specific oil rate of raw material should based on actual basis.

3. Could not mix plastic and tires when feeding, should feed them separately.

4. Polyethylene terephthalate(PET) and polyvinyl chloride(PVC) in plastic can not get oil after pyrolysis.

Worker needed

For 10 tons pyrolysis machine, 4 workers in total are enough. 4 persons for feeding and discharging. After running 2 workers or 1 worker can do it.
