3. Advantages of this model plant:

1> Security:

A: During the manufacture and checking, first we adopt automatic submerged welding

technology for our machines; second, all of the weldings will be detected by the ultrasonic

nondestructive testing method to ensure the welding quality and the welding shape.

Third, all of the containers such as the reactors, tanks, gasseparators, etc. tested after

manufacture under 0.25Mpa steam pressure and water pressure to ensure No leaking at all.

Fouth, we adopt manufacture process controlling system on the quality, every manufacture

process, manufacture date, operators, etc. Can be checked by records.

B: During the operation and running of machines: both of our pyrolysis machines and

distillation machines of model XY-1, XY-7, XY-8 and XY-9 are equipped with anti-

explosion device, safety valves, emergency valves, pressure and temperature meters,

as well as the alarming system.

2> Environmental-friendly:

Emission Standard: Adopting special gas scrubbers to remove acid gas and dust from smoke,

meeting environmental protection standard; the smoke after srubbers looks like steam. As for

emission standard, please refer to our SGS report.

Smell during operation: Fully enclosed during the operation, only white steam from the

chimney can be seen, no smell except the rubber or oil itself taste during the feeding or

pumping out or in from the oil tanks.

Water pollution: During the operation, the water we use is recycling one to cool down the

gas-oil and convert into liquid oil in the condensers. No pollution at all.

Solid pollution: the solid after pyrolysis is the crude carbon black and steel wires which can be

deep-processed or sold directly with its value.

3> Full open door design:Speedy Loading in and steeldrawing out, easily cooling down after one

batch finished, saving time; No leaking with special high temperature flexible Graphite packing.

4> Fully enclosed Carbon black discharging system under high temperature: this design able to

prevent carbon black pollution or flying out during discharging, and carbon black can be stored

in carbon black tank or conveyed anywhere according to users' need with our spiral conveyor

or specially designed according to buyer's requirement.

5> Energy conservation and low cost on operation: special covers of the reactors and chambers

can keep hot during the heating in good efficiency as well as the direct heating system to save

energy and cost. And even the heat-recycling design in model XY-9 to reduce enery USAGE

significantly.
