According to material charateristics and our long time experiece, we design the good machines. The machine is good for its capacity, quality, and power-saving. The multi-stage material is good for recycling loom bags, films, yarns, ps foam chips, epe sheet and so on.

The screws and another consisting parts are designed respectively against the features of different materials such asPP, PE, PS, ABS, PA, PC, POM, EVA, LCP, PET, PMMAetc, they are suitable for the purpose of material color blending, high torque design enables speed reducer to work stably without noise. Hardness treatment features the screw and barrel with good tear and wear resistance, good compounding effect and high production. Air-exhausted system or common vented hole can get rid of water and waste gas out of the material. This enables more stable extrusion and more solid pellet, so the super quality of prodcut is guaranteed.

Payment means

30% advance, 70% paid before delivery.

Service

1).Delivery: We will assemble the line before delivery and invite you come to our factory toinspect the equipment. When you accept the quality of the line then we will deliver it.

2).Training and Installation:

When you receive the whole equipment, we will send 2-3 engineers to your factory for

intallation and testing the we will train some skill workers for you.

3).In the following year if you have any problems of the equipment you can send email to us

then we will send the professional engineers to help you to solve the problems.
