Ecological board (roof tile) is a kind of gas condensation materials ( it can be solidification when the room temperature is above 10°C), which has free burning, free steam and energy saving functions when producing products. It shows that the materials have excellent physical and mechanical performance which produced with the guidance of scientific standard. And its flexural strength is ≥ 65MPa (JC/T646 - 2006), the compressive strength is more than 9065MPa, and softening coefficient is ≥0.85, water absorption is ≤13% (CECS95:97 technical regulations),shrinkage rate is <0.6%(C688-2006), it also possesses prominent fire non-combustible performance (Grade A non-combustible material, CA160, fire endurance is up to 1~4h, and low temperature resistance is up to -30°C), and this product has been designated as CA160-1997 standard non-combustible material, and with three times wear-resisting performance than cement products and 1 ~ 5 times resist-force performance and lower 5 ~ 10 times anti-penetration performance.

This product has been developed and applied in construction, municipal engineering, agriculture engineering, environmental protection, packaging machinery, transportation industry, light industry and etc. Such as clay brick, making no wood door, window, box, purline, floor panel, greenhouse trellis stents component, stool chair, pipes, ceiling, wainscot, simply building, kiosk, of simple work shop, warehouse, Roman column, the art of archaize anaglyph, packing chest, lamp post and etc.

The composed materials of the product can utilize industrial solid wastes comprehensively, such as fly ash, slag, siliceous dust, stone powder, the broken porcelain, cullet, construction waste and agricultural processing waste, such as crops straw, rice hull, cotton stalk and wood processing waste (saw dust, wood shavings and etc), which has certain significance to alleviate pollution. This product with great value in energy saving and environment protection, it can substitute wood and clay wall materials and is a strategic material which is accord with current energy conservation and emission reduction tenet and carry out the sustainable development.
