The introduction of airflow dryer

Airflow Drier is the latest drying equipment which our company have (has) studied successfully. It can dry the

materials mainly using the hot wind produced by the hot blast stove, the machine is applied to the material in

dispersed state which contains high moisture humidity, such as the saw dust, grainor straw.

If the moisture is very high and the output demand is very big, we can use the two drier together, the material

can lose a lot of moisture through the first outlet of the first drier.

The drier is consisted of hot wind stove (ready by customer), screw feeder, buffer, blower, the pipesand

cyclone. The work process is that the air flow is formed through the negative pressure of blower,the materials

enter into the pipe through the screw feeder, so that the hot wind and materials mix together, and the moisture is

separated from the materials when passing the cyclone. At last, the material are dried.

The Working Principle of airflow dryer1.First, the wet materials are put into the hopper. Then the fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet

materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhausted blower (draft fan) quickly.

2.The hot air is going though the curving pipes, thus wet materials can get fully dried during the drying process.

3.After the wet materials get dried, the dried materials are expelled out by the exhausted blower.

2.Rotary type dryer shows the features of perfect drying effect, easy operation, high efficiency and easy control of drying. It takes advantage of the stability of roller and homogeneity of air. This equipment makes the combination of roller and pipes which increase the drying strength and reduce the manual power. This is the ideal equipment for drying raw materials with high humility.

The application of airflow dryer

The airflow dryer is widely applicable to biomass raw materials, chemicals, petroleum, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, agricultural engineering, fisheries, forestry and other industries.

The cautions of airflow dryer

1).The machine must be grounded well.

2).The exhaust vent of the dust catcher must not be indoor, a flue pipe should be made to exhaust the gas outdoor, and the chimney must be at least 500mm higher than the roof.

3).The large grins of material should not put into the hopper.

4).When material does not get in easily, check the vane of the blower, remove the dust sticking to it.
