1. Treatment of Raw Materials

A. Cement adopts bulk cement, pneumatic conveying to cement silo of ingredient building through bulk cement truck.
B. Lime and gypsum, after crushed by jaw crusher, enter into different two silos by elevator, electronic belt scale measures for feeding to mill for mixed grinding, and the grinded mixed ash is conveyed to the mixed ash silo of the ingredient building by the elevator.

C. Sand (fly ash) is transported into factory by truck, and then poured into hopper. Feeding by belt machine with frequency control, grinding in ball mill, and then flowing into 30m3 mixing tank.

2. Ingredient pouring
After the above materials are prepared, electronic scale measures them respectively, mixer mixing them, thereafter, adding the measured aluminum powder, mixing for 45s, and pouring into mold.

3. Cutting

After pouring and foaming, the base quietly stops to certain hardness for cutting. Overturning the base 90 degrees through the overturning cutting machine, firstlycutting horizontally, and then cutting vertically

4. Steam curing
The cut base reaches certain quantity through travelling marshalling, and then entering to still kettle for 4h curing

8. Operating it in use of the computer touch panel, realize separation
