Applications and Characters:

Small Semi Automatic UV coater features easy operation, and is used for small format printed paper sheets using UV or Water-base varnish coating and curing or drying. It raises its brightness and plays a role of damp-proof and abrasion-resistance so as to protect colors on the surface of paper. It is suitable for small sized printing product.

1. EM Air Knife:You can choose when your paper thickness is very thin, so it can insure the quality of the coating paper when the paper thickness within 100g/m². This system is made of PLC control, encoders, solenoid valves, two pumps, an exhaust nozzle and vaccum suction chamber which can achieve continuous and jog-style inflatable.
2. Sheets Counter:This system is used to preset the amount of paper, it is more general configuration in the fully automatic machine, when the user set the quantity what they need, the alarm will beep to remind the operator when reach the quantity, so it can save a lot of time to sort products.
3. UV Warming System:This system is used to reduce the viscosity of the UV oil and increase liquidity of the UV coating on the paper surface, thereby enhancing the beauty of the surface of the paper, usually for a relatively low temperature region.
