1.Function and Principles

The basic principle of Vibration screening filter is the heavy hammer (unbalanced heavy hammer) installed in

the electrical axis transform the motor’s rotary motion into horizontal, vertical, tilt motion( three-D movement) , then this movement passed to the screen surface. Adjust the upper and lower ends of heavy

hammer’s phase angle, this can change the trajectories of materials on the screen surface.

2)Easy to change sieves, simple operation, easy to clean.
3)The aperture do not block, powder does not splash, can be screened up to 500 mesh sieve,

or 0.025mm
4)Impurities and coarse materials exhaust automatically, operate continuously.

5)Unique grid design and the sieve last long time, changing sieve just need 3-5 minutes .
6)Small volume,do not take up space,and easy to move.
7)screen machines can reach a maximum five layers, it is recommended to use three layers.
