Features of Vibrating Feeder

Use self-synchronization principle of vibrating motor, rapidly start, stable work, smooth and steady park.

Feeding trough is small weared. Because materials are threw up and saltantly move forward as parabolic trajectory.

This series vibrating feeder is not suitable for the explosion proof occasion.

Installation Requestment for Vibrating Feeder

To assure uniform and stable feeding and prevent materials from self flowing in ingredient and

quantitative feeding, feeder should be installed horizontally. For constant feeding of general

materials, it should be declined 10 degree to install; for viscosity materials and materials with

high moisture content, it should be declined 15 degree to install.

Motor bearing should be filled in once grease per 2 months and should be filled in once grease

per month in high temperature season.
