Description:

Normal temperature sterile pass box is the equipment which used for normal temperature high efficiency sterilizing for sterile product in the production process, equipment, containers, materials etc.

The equipment adopts ozone sterilization of VHP (H2O2) sterilization, the two doors electronic interlocking, vacuum pumping, dehumidification, sterilization process:

Dry ----VHP vaporization injection sterilization ------ Ventilation removing residuals

The chamber inside material: stainless steel SUS 316

The chamber outside material: stainless steel SUS304

HEPA level:

Air supply HEPA : H14

Air Exhaust HEPA : H14

Warning: high and low voltage alarm, dooropen overtime alarm, lock the door alarm

Normal temperature sterilization cycle time: less than 120min

Note: according to the materials of biological load level and load, to verify.

VHP residue levels: less than 1PPM

Note: the residue level requirements determined by process

Hydrogen peroxide gas circulation interface: DN32 standard interface
