Constructed with mixing, cutting paddles. First mixing your raw materials highly, and add your liquid additives. Second, processing the cutting progress to make granules. The procedures are similar like Horizontal Mixing Granulating machine type. Mixing-Granulating progresses are proceeded in one container, save time.

Compared to the horizontal type, this machine is more advanced:
1. Easily cleaning with no dead angle, the machine's container can be drag-out(the container is constructed with four wheels) for feeding the raw materials or for cleaning. the bottom of the container is constructed with arc-shaped, which makes it more easy for progress and cleaning.
2. of course the materials which contacted with your raw materials are all made of stainless steel.(same with the horizontal type.)
3. This type save more spaces, compared to the horizontal type, and this type is well sealed. After you feeding your raw materials, the container will be jacking-up, and be well sealed, which makes it more reasonable for production.

The form of the wet granules is like loosening snowflake without any solid cob and less fine powders, etc.
