The BT series twin-tube vertical packing machine is designed for saving cost and installation spaces. They are generally work with one set of 14-head or 16-head multi-head weigher connecting by an automatic air-driven (or servo driven) product diverter. The weighted products distributed by the diverter and dumping to each side of forming tube, then to be packed (machine side can run alone or together).
The entire line only need about 9.66 square meters (4.6 meters long, 2.1 meters wide, 4.2 meters high space) for installation and only one person to operate and maintain, but the productivity is equivalent to two sets of single packaging line.
