2. Function of Each Mahcine In the Line

Automatic Log Cutting Machine :It is used to cut 2600 mm (or more longer) logs to 1270 mm or 970 mm , or any other size you need , size adjustable and customized . Compared with cutting by manual , it can improve your working efficiency greatly , and save much labor cost . It can cut about 200 cbm log / day , and supply logs for 2-3 hydraulic log debarking machines .

Automatic Log Conveying Machine :After automtic cutting machine , the logs will drop on the automatic conveyor , then the conveyor will convey them to the debarking machine . no need to carry by workers . or you can convey the logs from log storage yard to any place you need .

Hydraulic Log Debarking Machine:This is used to debark the logs , its rotary speed is 56m/s , and it takes only 5s to debark a log .

Automatic Log Loading Machine :After debarking , the log loading machine will load the logs to the veneer peeling machine , no need to carry by manual labor , save cost and improve efficiency

Veneer Peeling Machine :For the veneer peeling machine , we have many models for you to choose , for soft wood or hardwood , mechanical system , PLC system or Servo System , 4ft Peeling or 8 ft peeling.

CNC Veneer Cutting Machine :This is used to cut the veneer to certain size you need , such as 640 mm,

With this line , you can get about 25 cbm veneer / day from one peeling machine , it also can save much labor cost for you.
