The structure of machine is very steady. The casting parts show rational geometry composition through machine tool kinetics and finite element analysis.

The column adopt “herringbone”shape and long-span structure to make the whole body much steadier.The ribs adopt sun radiation type to strengthen rigidity structure and reduce the variation while the machine is running or moving.The working table adopt honeycomb type,improve the rigidity and stability greatly.Oil-water separating design is adopted,the strength ribs adoptshape tank style structure make the base distort little even in long time.The supporting ribs of guide ways adopt“V”shape to bear the heavy duty evenly and keep high stability permanently.The hardness of the guide way can reach to 52HRC.
