1. Intro

Vacuum Complete Homogenizing Emulfying Line consists of Homogizining Emulsifying Main Kettle (Kettle cover lifting together with the machine, Turnover kettle body), water phase kettle, oil phase kettle, two agitators, vacuum system, electric heating or steam heating temperature control system, electric control etc..

2. Main Features

a. Main Emulsifying process is carried out under completely closed condition to avoid dust and microbial pollution.

b. The materials in the water phase kettle and oil phase kettle go to the main emulsifying kettle through vacuum.

c. The main kettle is turnover type for discharging materials. Electric heating or steam heating to heat up the materials inside the kettle.

d. The automatically controlled heating temperature can be set at will. Input cooling water into the jacket to cooling the materials down.

e. The materials inside the kettle are sheared, dispersed and emulsified through high-speed interior circulation of the Emulsifier, and they are also mixed Forward and Backward two directions: Frame with scraper mixing (Clockwise Direction), Propeller Mixing(Anticlockwise Direction).

f. Centrifugation generated by the rotation scraper agitator makes the PTFE scraper cling to the wall closely, which solves the problems of materials sticking to wall and dead corner.

g. Various speed control with Frequency Converter. Emulsifier and Propeller agitator can work independently or together.

h. Required materials dispensing, emulsifying, homogenizing, mixing can be obtained within a short period.

i. Kettle cover is equipped with lamp sight glass (One unit) so inside working condition can be checked at any time.

j. The main kettle structure: Two jackets, heating and cooling can be finished in one jacket.

k.And outside the jacket is covered with alumina silicate to preserve temperature. It can prevent operators from scalded and ensure production safety.

l. Kettle cover is equipped with various quick-connection interfaces for optional according to requirements. (Axenic breathing apparatus, materials inlet, vacuum pump interface, cleaning ball, CPI interface, micro quantity materials inlet, sight glass(one unit), vacuum gauge).

m. The part contacting with materials is excellent stainless steel (For medical use, adopt SS316L, interior mirror polished. Mixing device is clean and manufactured complying with GMP standard.)
