Process & Operating principle

V-process casting machineis only adopt dry sand (no water ,no binder,no tagger).

Then take use of heated EVA film covering on the mould to seal the flask.

After taking out the air from the flask by the vacuum pump,the sand mould will be tightened by the pressure difference.

Pouring to form the casting, in this period , keep the flask in the vacuum state.

This process use no chemical material ,it release little dust and low noise, so it's a physics molding way.

Also it's an efficient and cost-effective Machine.

Technology process

1. Heat the EVA film
2. Cover the heated EVA film on the mould(can be made from wood or aluminum)
3. Spray a coating in a certain baume degree
4. Put on the empty blask
5. sand-up the flask and vibrate to compaction
6. cover film on the full flask
7. vacuate the sand flask
8. lift flask
9. mould assembling
10. vacuate the whole mould
11. pouring
12. loose sand flask

•Vacuum stablized system: Vacuum pump, Vacuum meter, Surge tank, dust removal tank, steam separator
•Molding system: Die shoe, Automatic roast Laminator, sand molding box , Vibrating table, Manipulator, Die lifter.
