Pyrolysis production process and technology

Adopt anaerobic or poor oxygen pyrolysis technology

No waste gas

Pyrolysis under low temperature and anaerobic condition,will not have toxic gas such as dioxin.The flue smoke will reach emission standard after processed by humidifying tower.

No waste water

Water in process is mainly for recycling cooling,no sewage discharge,and not effect on underground water or surface water.

No waste solid

Carbon black is separated by vibration,the whole process is close and under auto control,there is no solid waste,so will not effect the environment.

Safety of equipment

The raw material and mnufacturing equipment all are according to the national standards of steel containers during the process of equipment manufacture.The pyrolysis plant will in the Micro Negative Pressure condition during operating,and it can be good to prevent gas leaking.The essential component of non-condensable gases is hydrocarbon organic matter from C1 TO C4 and hydrogen chloride,sulfur,formic acid,and acetic.If the non-condensable gases burn directly,serious corrosion will occur,even occur serious accidens.

In current process of our company is removing the corrosive harmful gas before it being burned as fuel oil,and separated into two independent systems by Micro Negative Pressure system and combustion,then through the second the safety liquid seal gas separation device and a special fire-back burning device,into the combustion system to burn.More important is that we use the temperature,pressure multi-touch,over the temperature and the overpresssure automatic alarm system,using the newest overpressure automatic blasting to replace the pressure relief value,and set up the pressure relief device to ensure the pressure balance during operating.

Equipment floor space

Equipment covers an area of about 300 square metres ( 20 metres long, 15 metres wide ), and add the stored material and end product stack, workers in the rest area, food and accommodation areas, the fire zone, Green Zone, a simple office area, a minimum of more than 1000 square meters.
