Double wall corrugated pipe (IDΦ200-Φ500) is widely used in many areas such as municipal projects, residential quarter’s underground rain water and sewage drainage and so on.

In order to meet the demand of market, HUASU Company designed and developed this Double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line SBG 400 by absorbing advanced technology from foreign countries plastic machinery industry. This Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line is the latest study achievement in the plastic extrusion field. This line is suitable for the high speed extrusion of HDPE, LDPE, and PP material.

SBG400 HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line adopts two high speeds high efficiency single screw extruders directly extruding technology and corrugator adopts horizontal structure with chain type transmission, equipped with open water cooling system and vacuum forming system, and two layer belling on line. These designs reduce the cost and increase the producing efficiency. The molds which are formed by special aluminum alloy material through precision casting moving adopts synchronous upper and lower mechanical drive system and advanced self-lubrication system. It assures moving accuracy and corrugated pipe quality stability. Germany Siemens professional PLC control system controls two knives cutting, simple operation and delicacy.

The whole extrusion line adopts Germany Siemens professional PLC control system, 15 "large color touch screen human-machine interface, high automation, reliable running, easy operation, remote communication function which can realize remote fault diagnosis and rule out the possibility.
