Structure of ultrasonic vibrating screen : The Ultrasonic Vibrating screen (vibratory screen) is mainly made up of ultrasonic generator, convertor ,ultrasonic resonance ring the screening body, vibrator, etc. it is widely applied in many industries, such as grinding powder, chemical powder, metal powder and edible powders ect.

Features of Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen
Advantages of Vibratory screen:

1. suitable to sieve the ultrafine powder of size 20um ~300um, and especially effective to process the tricky material

2. Prevent the sieve mesh (50~625mesh) being clogged and prolong the life span of sieve fabric.

3. Easier to separate the particles of static electricity, cluster and absorbable.

4. Apply special UCS ultrasonic screening system, so there is no need any adding any cleaning equipment.
