Ultrasonic Roller Blinds Making Machine

FUNCTION:

The machine is simply for cutting of all sorts of curtain fabric with the energy of ultrasonic, so that all advantage of ultrasonic cutting is within this machine including auxiliary edge smooth, no fluffy and burning. The cutting accuracy is in 1mm.

The whole system uses MCU as core, remote-control, highly automatic in fabric feeding and returning, clamp rising and falling, blade running and stopping and ultrasonic system switching.

Meanwhile, there’s a fabric inductor attached the blade system, which automatically monitoring the fabric width by sending signal to MCU while fabric detected .The max cutting width is 4.2m, and if the fabric width is less, the MCU no longer receive signals from inductor while the fabric is broken and beyond the fabric, and give out a restriction that stop and return the blade. So that the unnecessary cutting range and loss could be avoided.

CORE PARTS:

1. Control box & Remote control:

To facilitate the operation,this machine is remote-controllable.The remote system consist of infrared receiver and the controller.

The receiver is on top of the controlling box,receive infrared from all diraction.There are 4 keys on the controller,with similar function. as following:

Feed:As the Button "forward"

Return:As the Button "Backward"

Cut:As the Button "Cut"

Unroll:As the Button "Unrolling"

2. Ultrasonic box

The box is source of ultrasonic,which will be triggered by “test button” after charged,what’s more, ,two point between the button can be connected under the control of MCU automatically.

After box charged,you can check whether it is normal to generate ultrasonic by quick press to the test button.the energy is controlled by the power adjust and reviewed by the ampere meter, normal 0.4A,if the fabric can not be cut,we can rotate the power adjuster a little.

3. Blade and Horn:

This is a core part of ultrasonic system and cutting process.

Ultrasonic is the energy source of cutting.The ultrasonic box will give a ultrasonic vibration to horn which give energy to an atached blade that is not very sharp,but the blade will cut fabric very well.

The blade would get a loss after long time use,which decrease the cutting ability ,however,we can conpensate it by increase the preasure.But the blade that lose too much must be replaced for high pressure may lead to disorder of ultrasonic system.

Horn is processed specially with high abrasive resistance and hardness,which may also get a loss after long time use.This part need a fixing only if cutting fail after the blade is replaced.the fix we give to the horn is just rubdown of the surface which touches blade.
