Ultrasonic Working Principles

Ultrasonic generator transforms the 220v, 50Hz electricity into high-frequency electric energy of 36 KHz, which is then converted (through the converter) into High-frequency mechanical vibration. The mechanical vibration distributes evenly on the ultrasonic resonance ring and sieve frame.

To improve the screening efficiency of the ultrafine powder, we adopt the ultrasonic vibration of low amplitude and high frequency on the basis of traditional vibrating sieve. With adding the ultrasonic waves on the sieve mesh, not only the phenomenon like powder lingering or clogging on the mesh will disappear but also the static electricity issue will be solved. So that it certainly improve the screening efficiency and quality. As the ultrasonic vibrating at the speed of 36000 times per second, it can improve the screening efficiency 50%~400% higher than the traditional vibrating Separator

Numerous Features of Ultrasonic Vibration Sieves
