A. condensing system
How much oil yield rate you can make depends on the effect of the condensing system. Our
latest special design is very simple, but it is of great function. The main factors are as follows:
First: The fast heating emission
1. We use the steel plate to make the cooling pool, instead of the brick, because they can
cool objects faster than brick.
2. And the steel plate has a longer life time than brick.
3. The open pool makes natural cooling is viable.
Second: The large cooling area
There are ten condensing pipes (D=219mm, L=6m) in the cooling pool, so the cooling area
can reach up to about 42m2 (0.219m * π *6m * 10 pipes = 41.2m2)
Third: The better condensing effects
The cooling pipes are of “SNAKE” shape so that the gas can recycle at the pipes and will have
a long way and enough time for full condensing.
Forth: Special design
Some gas that can not turn to liquid under the normal temperature we call it “waste gas”. Our
special design is to set the waste gas pipe through the cooling pool to the waste gas recycling
system, this is because there still have some oil gas in the waste gas, so that the oil gas will
be further condensed to make more oil yield rate.
Fifth: Easy for cleaning the pipe
We use the flanges and elbow to connect the cooling pipes, so it is very convenient to clean
and maintain the pipe, and it also helps to extend the life time of the whole equipment.

1.Our condensation style is the naturally cooling, and do not need electricity and recirculation
water, and it is energy conservation and it is suitable for the subject of the equipment.
