The tyre crusher machineis one of the machines in the Rubber Cutting Line. and its function is to crush waste tires into powder, and the steel wire and fiber completely separated from the tire. Such machine consist s of four parts: Crusher, main vibrating screen, main conveyor,magnetic separation system.

Features

1.To granulate radial tires into fine rubber crumb of different size with steel and fiber completely recycled at ambient temperature.

2.Use: for crude and finely broken rubber, black and waste collection.

3.Being made of cold hard alloy cast iron, the roll wears well. The rolls have 3 types:double-channeled roll, single-channeled roll and double-smooth roll.

4.The safety shut-down in manual operation is set.

5.Convenient range adjustment is set in manually operation.The whole machine adopts bottom head for convenient carrying and maintenance.

Function:It will cut 3.5cm block into 10-30 mesh size rubber powder.
