This kind of mixing tank gets another name: aging tank, or heating and cooling tank.

It has jacket for heating or cooling, it can be heating by steam and electric oil. cooling by ice water. some times, if you have the require for heat preservation, there will be a insulation layer filled by PU Foam or rock wool, it is depend on the temperature.
