Machine Description:

Adopt 120 heavy-duty machine three roller angle, thickened wall plate; the printing color is more better than horizontal type machine. Easier to load and unload printing plate; operation more convenient and efficient. The three ink rollers and two water rollers which rely on the version are more perfect ink supply system; maximum guarantee ink and water supply, ensure the completion of high-precision printing quality; two color printing at one time; unique paper delivery ensure few mistakes and chromatography precision; make color printing , cable layers, graphic patterns more clear , bright and distinct. Features:

1) Capability: Inking device of each unit has 14 ink rollers including 3 ink form rollers, guarantee the high precise printing quality, and can print double color, which can improve the efficiency and reduce the cost.

2) Easily operate: water supplying, ink supplying and platform pressing each units can be finished at different lever with the same handle. Joint pressure of printing rollers is controlled with an electric eye, which is more reliable and easy to be regulated.

3) Accurate orientation: adopt front lay and double-side pull guide for orientations, also install with tune-up devices for feed table, its side lay, plate cylinder, and No.2 unit.

4) Adopt independent ink system and damping system, can freely adjust feeding, best meeting various demands of different printing matters, more suitable for color printings.

5) Presetting counter: automatically stop feeding paper once preset quantity task are completed.

6) Double detect device: detect double sheets and multiple sheets, and automatically eliminate double and multiple sheets.

Double turn-around function: ensure the sufficient dryness of ink demanding of special printing matter.

7) Sprayer device: make spraying and printing run in synchronization, prevent printing matter from dirty

8) Centralized oil feed system: more convenient for maintenance
