This machine is hot-selling,it mainly used to produce PVC slipper strap and PVC outsoles,upper ect.

the process to operate the machine:

1.Put the PVC powder into this hopper,the left side hopper put one color material,the right side hopper put another color material.then open the power supply switch,the machine begin to work.

2.Sometimes you can put the same color material inside the hopper,so the machine will produce one color strap,not two color strap,this machine is multifuctional.

3.This machine adopts fully automatized operation, with fully auto mould opening design which will save labor work and control accurately.
4. Hydraulic motor drives the bolt, multiple sectional pressures and multiple sectional speed control the shooting system.
5. Charging barrel heater adopts independent 4 sectional type to insure melting quality.
6. Full automatic material transferring control system, production mould station could be freely open and closed.
7. A strong mould locking mechanism is set in mould clamping system; it can be used for producing large size mould or plastic products which demands very high shooting pressure.
8. 2 sectional speed to drive the round plate, stable and fast.
9. This machine adopts high performance computer control, industrial level human and machine interface.
