2.Features

• This two-cold & two-hot back part shoe manufacturing machine using hot and cold working for any type of upper and is specially suit for thermoplastic or thermoadhesive counter of men's, women's footwear, boots , sports footwear.
• The cold mould temperature can be cooling down to the minus 10 centigrade. The temperature can be adjusted according to the different materials.
• The hot mould is the heat-resistant silicon material and the temperature can be rising up to the 200 centigrade.
• Optical projector helps to get the accurate position.
• Cool mould can equip with the wiper.
• Swinging pull-down clamps for uppers, with millimetric setting to allow for adjustment of gripping area on the upper based on the curvature of the mould.
• Moulds and pads created from the customer design. Simplified pad setting for adaptability to machine mould. Quick changing pads. Fast and easy replacing of moulds without any dispersion of cooling liquid.
