Generally speaking, the line introduces linear configuration with free-freon level designing requirement and the hardening foaming fixtures as twenty work-stations. The line is composed with twenty units of cabinet-foaming fixtures layout symmetrically in four groups, five fixtures in one group, a set of injecting manipulator, a set of both-way carrying car for loading & unloading cabinet, a set of water-heating system, a set of safety exhausting system, a set of safety system, a set of safety fencing together with electronic controlled system for the line.(Note: the safety fencing is built by buyer with the drawing and technical requirement giving by seller, all the equipments doesn't include molds)

The line comprises several processes including loading, transporting, clumping, injecting, hardening, cabinet-unloading with advantages of beautiful appearance, high production efficiency, low labour intensity and etc..

The main technical performance parameters:

1. Capacity for Product’s type: suitable for mixed production with different 12 products in same time in this foaming line identifying automatically.

2. L×B×H: Specification of the fridge case 2000×800×650mm-1100×490×400

3. Foaming agent: POL+ISO(cyclopentane) type

4. Arden time: adjustable

5. Old temperature: 30-60 degree temperature adjustable

6. Injecting pattern: side injection of single-gun(opposite position of the cabinet loading); horizontal injection at the bottom of fridge case near the compressor.

7. Working stations: 20 fixtures in total, devided into four groups, five fixtures in each one group.

8. Tact time(or time circling) of production line: 28S/single case(based on 6 min long of the foaming layer hardening time)

9. Power supply 380V, 50Hz, voltage: 24V of Control component outside the cabinet

10. Power capacity: 120KW(for reference)
